Zambia COVID-19 cases hit over 9 800

Coronavirus cases in the country are continuing to rise, now nearing the 10 000 mark.

Zambia recorded 496 new cases out of 1,549 tests, in the last 24 hours.

At least 4 deaths have also been registered during the period in question.

The country has also recored 164 recoveries.

Cumulatively, cases stand at 9,839 , 264 deaths, and 8,575 recoveries.
