Justice Silungwe said this after the State applied for an adjournment of the sittings this morning, Monday, April 13, 2015. He said there is need to ensure that the Tribunal concludes its business on time.

Attorney General Likando Kalaluka applied for an adjournment to April 21, 2015 saying some of the lawyers who are supposed to be attending the sittings have a Supreme Court case in Kabwe tomorrow. He said both parties in the Tribunal had agreed that the sittings be adjourned.

But the sittings have been instead to this Friday, April 17, 2015.

The Tribunal has been constituted by President Edgar Lungu to investigating the alleged professional misconduct of Mutembo Nchito during his tenure as DPP Nchito
