President Lungu was addressing a huge crowd in Chinsali after making an impromptu visit to the Muchinga Provincial capital.
And speaking at the same meeting, former Kabwe Central Member of Parliament Captain Austin Chewe said he is working with President Lungu because he has seen the desire in him to unite and develop the country.
Earlier, the President visited the Lubu Water dam in Chinsali being constructed by China Gansu.
The President also took time to inspect Construction works of government administration blocks.
President Lungu was accompanied by Inspector General of Police Kakoma Kanganja when he toured the newly built Police station in Chinsali – ZNBC.
