Lungu must assemble a think tank team

President Lungu must consider assembling a “think tank” comprised of experts from all sectors of human endeavor.

This think tank must be devoid of party cadres and must be mandated to brainstorm various issues affecting the nation and make brutal recommendations to cabinet. And please, no sitting allowances for them; we must spare each and every penny! Hon. Chikwanda I hope you’ve read this, we seem to be having serious problems with your office.
