Kambwili’s case adjourned to November 3

The Lusaka Magistrate Court has adjourned the case in which opposition NDC consultant Chishimba Kambwili is facing multiple counts of corruption related charges to November 3, 2018.

In this matter, Kambwili is appearing before the courts of law with four other people which includes Mwamona Engineering CEO Famous Kabwe, his Son Mwamba Kambwili and two other people.

The rebel PF MP for Roan Constituency has been dragged to court for having made 15 deposits to his personal account on different dates, these monies are being suspected to be proceeds of crime .

The matter is before magistrate Mwaka Mikalile.

The state on Thursday called two witnesses and only one witness so far had testified when matter came up.

Kambwili was accompanied to court by members of the NDC Central committee and party supporters.
