Former Sports Minister Kenneth Chipungu says the problems facing the Football Association Of Zambia can only be resolved after Kalusha Bwalya steps aside as FAZ President.
He told Pan African Radio and monitored by Zambian Eye in an interview
Mr. Chipungu who served as Sports Minister during the MMD regime noted that football in the country is under performing due to lack of leadership in the association.
He observed that Mr. Bwalya has over stayed and run out of ideas on how to run the association adding that when he was minister he had plans of dissolving the board.
Mr. Chipungu stated that as long as Kalusha Bwalya remains FAZ President Zambia National Soccer Team will never have a formidable coach whether at local or international level.
