HH thrills Chongwe

UPND presidential candidate Hakainde Hichilema says unity is the cornerstone of his vision to move the country forward.

The opposition frontrunner said this when he addressed thousands of residents who turned up at Chongwe grounds on Frid

He told the crowd that the UPND 10 Point Plan will fix the economy and create opportunities for all Zambians, from early years education right through to employment and beyond, stressing that everyone must be able to access these opportunities, regardless of gender, tribe, political affiliation or wealth.

He expressed hapiness at the energy and enthusiasm shown by the Chongwe crowd and urged them to use that energy to turnout and vote in numbers on August 11.

And Chongwe UPND parliamentary candidate Sylvia Masebo has assured Hichilema of a 99% vote in Chongwe in next week’s general elections. Former Republican Vice-president Guy Scott also spoke at the rally.

Earlier, the UPND leader and his team paid a courtesy call on Chieftainess Nkomeshya Mukamambo II at her palace in Chongwe.
