Former Chipolopolo striker James Chamanga has advised young footballers to remain disciplined even after they have made a name in the sport.

The 38 year old former city of Lusaka striker who is sports director at Liaoning FC, a league one side in China says discipline is important in a player’s career.

Chamanga made over 50 appearances for the Chipolopolo boys between 2005 and 2015 in the process scoring 17 goals.

He believes that Zambia has very good young talent but has failed to excel due to inconsistencies and pride among the players.

The 2012 afcon winning striker is concerned that local strikers are not coming to the fall as the golden boot continues to elude them.
