Unknown people have raided the house of  Martin Mbaya an associate of Zambia’s former president Edgar Lungu, reports Asa Manda.

Lungu has had his business and political associates attacked physically by unknown people and also arrested for being close to Lungu who has announced his return to active politics.
A fortnight ago Mbaya was subjected to an illegal raid right from inside the Church and picked in front of the Congregation and his family.
Todat while he was at Church unknown people are said to have raided his house, Lungu’s party, PF has disclosed the development.
“Martin Mbaya today suffered another attack. While he was at Church, unknown persons believed to be State agents raided his house and turned it upside down.,” read a brief statement in parts. “After what seemed to be a rush and hurried search, the intruders only took a laptop and a memory bank.”
Mbaya’s has been a long-time associate of  Lungu.
The other week a Lawmaker who called out President Hakainde Hichilema and was in Lungu’s entourage in Kabwe when their meeting with a Catholic Bishop was disrupted by Police had her house set on fire by unknown people. Police to date have not issued any statement to that effect.
Last week another Lawmaker close to Lungu was allegedly abducted and was only found early hours of Monday some 40 kilometres South of Lusaka 10 kilometres from Kafue town.
