Reliable information has emerged that ballot papers have been moved from the Luanshya Civic Center to Choolwe guest house where Kaizer Zulu is.

Access roads to Choolwe Guest House have all been closed making the allegations even more believable. Right now, NDC leader Chishimba Kambwili, Members of the Central Committee and other members of the party are at Luanshya Central Police reporting the matter and urging the police to go to the lodge to go and investigate the claim.

The police are saying that they cannot move until the officer in charge Mr. Sibanda comes. It has now been over an hour and the officer in charge is nowhere to be seen and the access roads to the lodge are still closed.
