A sharp rise, Zambia records 208 new cases

Zambia in the last 24 hours recorded 208 new COVID-19 cases, the highest from the time the disease broke out in the country, reports Martha Banda.

The 208 were positive of Coronavirius from the 903 samples tested by the Ministry of Health.

This brings to 654, the total number of confirmed cases in Zambia.

Minister of Health, Dr. Chitalu Chilufya confirmed new cases at press briefing in Lusaka.

Please I commit this one on behalf of my friends who are still schooling that we have to wait we can see how the numbers is going up of convid 19 as the youth of this country quite alright the speech of the president we all need to finish our education but we will be affected us a pupil he/she can’t keep all the measure so am appealing to the government their should not opening the schools because we will lost the lot of lives especially to the minister of health please Dr our lives now is in your hand.
