Zambian youth given global award by WHO

Zambian youth Natasha Mwansa has been awarded a global award by World Health Organization (WHO). Mwansa becomes the first Zambian Youth to be bestowed with the WHO Global Award .

The event happened at in Geneva, Switzerland. And was televised by the international media.

The award is given to individuals who are doing extraordinary work in promoting people’s health around the world.

She recieved the award at the ongoing WHO General Assembly in Geneva Switzerland on tuesday this week.

Natasha’s award is as a result of her advocacy and advisory role she plays in society. She also does other numerous advocacy and advisory works on issues to do with young people with organisations such as the African Union’s Youth Advisory Board, Women Deliver, Safaids, and UN Zambia.
