  2. It interesting to learn that we African have a very low IQ to the extent that we solicit to be colonised when ever we get a chance. How does someone in their right thinking mind hire foreigner into a security force? How does a sane person try to justify that hiring foreigners will improve the security of the state? How does an IG of a sovereign state motivate the inclusion of foreigners in security system of a country, when he clearly knows the human rights records of those recruitednot only in their country of origin but also in our country. How does a top police officer recruit Chinese who currently are busy trafficking Mukuba trees to China with the help of known ministers?

Is Kanganja fit to occupy that position emwe Bantu napapata?

    • Kanganja thinks that by resinding the appointment of the Chinese into the police force he has done us a favor. He has compromised the security of the state already. The Chinese have already amassed intelligence information on the workings of our police force. They know where the turnels, equipment, cyber optics etc are situated.

This Kaluvale man is a joke
