World plunged into mourning, people reacts to TB Jushua’s death, some in disbelief; church sealed off

The news that Nigerian preacher and popular televangelist, Temitope Balogun Joshua, also known as TB Joshua has died has plunged the world into deep mourning.

Some people are not believing that the ‘Man of God’ has indeed passed on.

Joshua, the founder of The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations (SCOAN), died in Lagos on Saturday evening shortly after concluding a programme at his church.

Meanwhile, commenting when this publication reported the news, Gimel Kaba said: “He has done what God called him for, after John baptized Jesus Christ he was called home.”

Some were in shock and disbelief. Enock Tembo Senior wrote: “Mmmmmm is this true?” Anord Boncar, also wrote: “Is this true?”

Prophet Sheperd Bushiri writes:

“The general of God, Prophet TB Joshua, has gone home. In your rest, General, I celebrate your mission: you came, you preached, you touched souls and you demonstrated to the world that God is still speaking today. Rest, great General for I shall, forever, live your mission.”

Another follower, Lillian Zulu posted the following message when a local publication reported the news: “I can’t believe that the man of God is no more I can’t control my tears Prophet TB Joshua the father of all nation.

“We mourn you today but at the same time we celebrate your good humble loving caring life I say thank you Jesus for the life of our father I have learn a lot from you how will I ever forget you My your beautiful soul rest in peace.”

Apparently, the Synagogue in Nigeria has been sealed off, with some people crying milling around, crying while some are yet to come to terms.
