Women who are not well taken care of financially by their male partners are more likely to cheat in comparison to those who have everything at home and some extra cash, according to a Lusaka-based private investigations company.

And the PI company also revealed that women whose husbands are not in employment or have low income are likely to understand the lack of resources and will stick around in comparison with those who know that their spouses are working and earn a comfortable income but still struggle with cash.

The company has exclusively revealed that spouses who are economically dependent on their partners are more likely to cheat than those who are stable economically.

According to a study research made available to this publication which made findings on the samples acquired from Kitwe and Lusaka, VDK investigating company explained that a person who is completely economically dependent on their spouse is more likely to be unfaithful. That is especially true for a man who relies financially on a woman. About 15% of men who are completely financially dependent on their wives cheat, compared to 5% of dependent women.

And the research also showed that most couples can sort out their problems without even involving the private investigators, church or courts. The PI said sharing and giving among partners can heal and mend many relationships.

“You don’t need to contact a PI company sometimes to do a surveillance on your domestic matters and do an investigation on your spouses. People need to invest in their spouses. Share what you have and that prevents most women from having extra Marital affairs,” the detailed analysis report by VDK investigating company explained.

“In our experience as a company We conduct surveillance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our state-of-the-art vehicle tracking systems can document a person’s whereabouts at all times. And after all the effort, when we ask questions like why did you cheat, women will mostly say because I needed extra money and mg husband couldn’t provide.”

And in a detailed analysis, the PI company said men are less likely to cheat the more money they make relative to their spouse until they bring in 70% of the household income, at which point they become more likely to cheat again.

Women are also less likely to cheat the more money they make relative to their spouses but their cheating rates don’t seem to go up at any point.
