A 43 year old Lusaka woman from Kabanana’s Site and Service is demanding for K200 from a woman who committed adultery with her husband for adultery and loss of her husband’s sperms, reports Zambian Eye roving reporter Lameck Phiri.

The demand came when discussions were held to settle the matter between Mavis Banda and the alleged adulterous woman, Sharon N’gandu of Chipata Compound, who pleaded guilty of the offence of committing adultery with Banda’s husband.

In a Kangaroo Court at Banda’s home N’gandu admitted to the charge of adultery and asked Banda to forgive her for committing adultery with her husband.

Mavis however kept on asking how sensational the sexual act between her husband and Sharon was and demanded to know the quantities of sperms used.

This reporter, who was also a mediator, intervened by telling Banda that the question was irrelevant but she insisted she wanted to know.

  1. The story is too shallow. Where is the ‘sweetness’ and the real story of the demand of the K200?

  3. The mediator and reporter (being one person) does not qualify to mediate, he is supposed,
by practice and ethics of mediation, not to reveal such matters to ignorant public as it erodes the confidence of the whole mediation process.
