Foreign Affairs Minister Harry Kalaba recently accompanied Justice and Defence Minister Edgar Lungu to Harare without clearance from Acting President Guy Scott.

According to the Post Newspapers (12th December, 2014), Kalaba said he did not need to seek clearance from the Acting President Dr. Scott because the trip was an internal issue, which could be decided upon by the party president.

Internal issue? Is Scott still a member of PF? Is he about to receive marching orders?
Does Kalaba retain his Cabinet Minister portfolio as he performs party functions? Who is paying for the time Kalaba is gallivanting to Harare?
Do we still have a government in place or anyone is free to do as they wish?
Is Dr. Scott in charge or he is just a figurehead?
Is Scott going to take disciplinary action against Kalaba?
