Warrant of arrest issued against company directors over CDF contract

A warrant of arrest has been issued against two company directors for failing to honour part of the contract on matters to do with Constituency Development Fund (CDF).
The Chinsali Subordinate Court issued the warrant of arrest for Haggai Chilufya Ng’andu and Brian Ng’andu directors of Buildlux Company limited.
