Ventriglia family wins ownership of Zambezi Portland Cement

The Ventriglia family has been granted full ownership of Zambezi Portland Cement Limited in Ndola by the High Court after a-10-year protracted legal battle with businessman Rajan Mahtani.

Finsbury Investments, a firm owned by Dr. Mahtani was claiming majority shareholding in the cement producing company which the Ventriglia family objected.

Lusaka High Court Sunday Nkonde brought the long battle to an end when he delivered the verdict on May 18, 2018 granting the Ventriglia full ownership.
