President Hakainde Hichilema is this morning at National Assembly where he is officially opening the 5th Session of the 13th Parliament of Zambia.
As he officiates at the ceremony, the President will touch on a number of issues as he sets the legislative agenda for the coming period.
Posting on his social media account recently, President Hichilema told his 1.9 million followers on Wednesday September 10, 1025, that he was working late preparing his speech.
“We are working late into the night, preparing our speech for the opening of parliament on Friday.
