UK Charity to send Medical Specialists to Zambia

Transplant Links Community, a UK based Charity is sending a team of surgeons, doctors, kidney specialists and nurses to Zambia in 2015.

The Specialists will work along side the medical staff at the University Teaching Hospital in Lusaka and teach them how to carry out life saving kidney transplants.

At the moment the only option for a patient with renal failure (23% of the population) is expensive dialysis. A kidney transplant means a longer life expectancy, better quality of life, no more dialysis and a chance to return to normal life.

Please help this wonderful dream become a reality for Zambian people. www.facebook.com/transplantlinkscommunity, www.facebook.com/events/1543962592483844/
