This Week: Reports of Ebola conspiracy are worrying

The reports of Ebola conspiracy are worrying and would greatly hinder the treatment of Ebola patients. The reports would also jeopardize the efforts that the America government and its partners were making to ensure that the Ebola virus is controlled.

The Daily Mirror (http://www.mirror.co.uk/)recently reported that Conspiracy theories about Ebola were spreading as fast as the killer virus itself. While UNICEF says rumours about Ebola conspiracy were fuelling the spread of Ebola in Africa and putting even more lives at risk. 

Angry crowds in Africa also accused foreigners of bringing the virus into the country. In Sierra Leone, thousands of people protested outside the country’s main Ebola treatment facility in the eastern city of Kenema. The protest was due to the report that the disease was a ruse used to justify “cannibalistic rituals” being carried out in the hospital.

The report about Ebola conspiracy emerged from Dr Leonard Horowitz suggestions that Ebola was a virus that the American Scientist made from the laboratories. Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz is an internationally known public health authority with Harvard credentials and he been published a book entitled Emerging Virus.  Dr Leonard Horowitz explained in his book that AIDS and Ebola viruses did not originate from monkeys but the virus were bioengineered in American laboratories. He has explained in his book that virous such as AIDS,Ebola,Small Pox and other deadly virus were made by   Scientist. 

 Dr Leonard Horowitz conducted major studies into the origin of AIDS and Ebola. In his book Emerging Viruses, he investigated the origin of AIDS,Ebola and Small pox. He also examined CIA activities and foreign policy initiatives in Central Africa in response to alleged threats posed by communism, Black Nationalism, and Third World populations. 

While Delaware State University professor Cyril Broderick published a letter in Liberia’s Daily Observer in September,2014 accusing the US government of manufacturing the Ebola virus. Broderick alleges that Ebola is a genetically modified organism that America weaponized and tested in Africa under the guise of distributing vaccines. He further names Canada, the UK, and France as being in cahoots with America, with the WHO and the UN somehow involved as well. 

In 1996 in a speech before the Citizens Against Legal Loopholes Rally, The Capitol Mall, 1996 Dr. Len Horowitz said: 

“I investigated the Department of Defense’s germ warfare appropriations request and learned that the option to develop synthetic biological agents bioweapons as alternatives to nuclear weapons came from Dr. Henry Kissinger, who was gradually placed in his position of authority as National Security Advisor under Richard Nixon, the most powerful man in government, by Nelson Rockefeller and his affiliates at the Council on Foreign Relations.  

Moreover, I traced where the money went. It went, in fact, to a firm called Litton Bionetics, a subsidiary of the mega-military contractor Litton Industries, whose President, Roy Ash, was being considered as an alternate to Henry Kissinger for the National Security Advisor post. Instead, Roy Ash became Richard Nixon’s chairman of the Presidents Advisory Council on Executive Organizations, and Assistant to the President of the United States. 

And Litton Industries was given over $5 billion in military contracts during the first term of the Nixon administration, $10 million of which went towards the development of AIDS like viruses.” 

The documented evidence revealed in Dr. Horowitz’s new book, Emerging Viruses: AIDS and Ebola – Nature, Accident or Genocide? (Tetrahedron Publishing Group, 1996), shows that NCI researchers, during the 1960’s, mixed viral genes from different animals to produce leukemia, sarcoma, general wasting, and death. This provided the “cancer models” used to study human cancer and begin human vaccine trials. The book, described as the first in-depth exploration into the origins of AIDS and Ebola, and its controversial conclusions, have offended many top AIDS researchers, and been hailed by numerous others who have long questioned the green monkey theory, or feared disease outbreaks from viral vaccine experiments.

Ebola virus disease (EVD), Ebola hemorrhagic fever (EHF) or simply Ebola is a disease of humans and other primates caused by an ebolavirus. In 1976, Ebola first emerged in Sudan and Zaire. EVD is caused by four of five viruses classified in the genus Ebolavirus, family Filoviridae, order Mononegavirales. The four disease-causing viruses are Bundibugyo virus (BDBV), Sudan virus (SUDV), Taï Forest virus (TAFV), and one called, simply, Ebola virus (EBOV, formerly Zaire Ebola virus). Ebola virus is the sole member of the Zaire ebolavirus species and the most dangerous of the known EVD-causing viruses, as well as being responsible for the largest number of outbreaks. The fifth virus, Reston virus (RESTV), is not thought to be disease-causing in humans. These five viruses are closely related to marburg viruses.

However, Horowitz disputed the facts that Ebola virus came from Monkeys. He has insisted that Ebola and AIDS virus were created by American Scientists.

Although Horowitz researches and findings might have the truth in them, Ebola shall remain a deadly disease in human history. Therefore, emergency efforts are needed to control the disease. There is need for all countries to find ways of how to control the disease.

Aljazeera recently reported that more than 4,000 people have died in the Ebola epidemic that broke out in West Africa at the start of the year, according to the latest figures released by the World Health Organization. The WHO said on Friday that as of October 8, 4,033 people have died of Ebola out of a total of 8,399 registered cases in seven countries. The last toll put the figures at 3,865 dead from 8,033 cases.

These deaths cases simply show that the earth is under a threat. Therefore, all countries should start preparing the worse consequences of Ebola
