The TAPO Community Police Post – The Joseph Mulyata politics

During the dying moments of the recent past regime of the MMD in which Mr. Joseph Mulyata was Mongu Central member of parliament, the Mongu parliamentary constituency suffered a number of development a set backs. Prominent among them were the TAPO community police post here captioned.
This structure was constructed with the Constituency Development Fund. It became a big issue then because somehow the there were questions which begged answers as to how much the project was really worth. The lie that people were treated to was that it cost some one hundred and fifty thousand kwacha (K150,000.00).
Now imagine, this tiny building to have cost such. What we know is that, the bulk of the said amount must have gone to fund the personal projects of the then MP, namely the “BANANA MBAO” lodge.
In December 2014, Mr. Mulyata officially defected from the MMD to the UPND actually did put up some fake campaign meetings in Mongu for the party. Soon after the election results were declared in favour of the PF candidate, Mulyata defected again to the winning team. Now we hear he is holding a leadership position in the sinking boat. We also here he still has ambitions to recontest the Mongu seat on the seriously leaking boat ticket.
My appeal to all voters in Mongu is to give him and the PF a devastating loss. Only lunatics of the Mulyata type may do otherwise.
