Stop justifying tribal and regional voting

1. Slave Trade and humiliation of people continued for years because people justified it the world pretend it didn’t exist.
2. The Nazi regime and Aldof Hitler killed Hundreds of thousands of people because they justified this bad vice. Even here people pretend it was not happening.
3. There is still racism in the world because people don’t talk about it and some justify it. Anyone who talks about it is labelled as such.
4. There are bad culture practices and stereotypes which discriminate or discredit women because people justify them. In the name of culture our sisters and mothers are made to stay in their shells.
5. There is inferiority and superiority complex because people are brainwashed and others try to justify it. Anyone who talks about it is told to be such.
6. There is religious discrimination against others who believe in other Gods and those who don’t believe because people try to justify it.
7. There is regional, tribal or religious voting or politics because people want to justify things. Anyone who gives us warning is insulted and called such.

My Opinion: As long as we keep justifying issues or playing victim to issues we will not solve anything. Let’s condemn bad vices and see how we can move forward as a country. There was tribal and regional voting in this year’s elections. This is a fact. What we need to do is to find reasons and see how we can find a solution if there is need to do so.

There is nothing like it is people’s democratic right to choose whom they wish. That is a big lie. If this is the case though. Why are other tribes being beaten or victimised in place where they don’t come from. Food for thought!!!

We as Zambians have brought this upon ourselves. In the past l have warned and written about this and l have been insulted and threatened. This though has not bothered me. But the way people voted in these year’s elections has vindicated me. Not that l am happy. I am sad as before.

There is so much Hypocrisy and selfishness in our country. And this will kill us. As Africans we talk about things. But others are brainwashing us not to talk about issues that might put our country on fire.

Things like this happen in countries but we just need to take responsibility as a nation and see how we can live as One Zambia One Nation.
