Stanbic donates towards fencing of Leopard’s Hill cemetery

Stanbic bank Zambia Ltd has donated K150,000 to Lusaka City Council towards the fencing of the Leopards Hill Cemetery. 

The donation was presented to the Mayor of Lusaka Miles Sampa on Friday, June 21 by the Bank’s CEO, Leina Gabaraane.

And in a Statement after receiving the donation, Sampa thanked the bank for the donation and said the amount donated will cover 10℅ of the total cost.

“We are humbled as a City to having received K150,000.00  towards The Leopards Hill Cemetery Fence from Stanbic Bank Zambia. This now covers about 10% of the total cost to turn the cemetery into a decent and respectable burial site.” Sampa said.

“We encourage other companies and individual citizens  to come on board .The City is grateful to Stanbic bank Zambia CEO Mr Leina Gabaraane and entire Stanbic family.”
