Sata promotes Kapeya and Kalaba

President Michael Chilufya Sata has with immediate effect appointed Hon. Mwansa Kapeya and Hon. Harry Kalaba as Minister of Information and Broadcasting Services and Minister of Lands, Natural Resources and Environmental Protection respectively.

Hon. Kapeya replaces the late Hon. Kennedy Sakeni [MHSRIP], who died on Thursday, September 5, 2013 and Hon. Kalaba replaces Hon. Wylbur Simusa, who has been transferred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the same capacity.

President Sata says he is confident that with their  vast knowledge and proficiency, the duo will perform to his expectations and that of the Zambian people.

He wished the newly appointed ministers success and God’s blessing as they serve in their assignments.
