The Zambian leader is not enjoying good health though there has been no official government announcement to this effect but pictures of him released recently showed him looking frai.

But Kalaba maintained that President Sata was enjoying good health and carrying his duties. He said he was with President Sata on Monday during a cabinet meeting.

Kalaba could not indicate when President Sata will address the nation but promised that he will inform him that the people were missing and wanted to see him.

On the same program, Kalaba said the PF government has performed better than expected. He cited the mass-infrastructure development the country was going through as unprecidented.
