Former Zambian President Rupiah Banda

Former President Rupiah Banda is in Ghana attending the inauguration ceremony of newly elected President of that country John Dramani Mahama.
And Banda says he was honored to be invited to the swearing-in ceremony of that country’s fourth president.
In response to the invitation, Banda said it was an honor to be among guests to ceremony in a democratic country like Ghana,” the former head of state said.
The former president will be among heads of state and government invited to the ceremony.
Mahama, who took over the presidency after the death of John Atter Mills, won a disputed election last month.
Although election officials say elections were fraudulent free despite technical challenges and delays, the opposition is boycotting Mahama’s inauguration ceremony and have also petitioned his election.
