Lungu addressing supporters who matched to State House after he was declared winner

President-elect Edgar Lungu has expressed concern that the voting pattern from last Thursday’s elections has the potential to erode the One Zambia One Nation motto.

Addressing his supporters at State House grounds following his declaration as winner of the president election, Mr. Lungu says he was shocked to see how some people voted.

He says this should serve as an eye opener to all Zambians on the need to preach oneness.

President Lungu says the one Zambia one nation spirit should continue even after the elections.
