President HH leaves for Malawi

President Hakainde Hichilema has left Lusaka for Lilongwe Malawi, where he is going to attend SADC Summit.

The left the country this morning, and was seen off the airport by some government officials.

Yesterday, Hichilema wrote ahead of his departure:

“Tomorrow we’ll be heading to Malawi for SADC Heads of States Extraordinary Summit to discuss security concerns in Mozambique’s Cabo Delgado region.

“Only by achieving regional security can we realise economic growth for our people & enhance trade within SADC.”
