Police confiscate 45 fake TV sets

The Zambia Police Service has confiscated 45 TV sets after an operation in Lusaka’s Central Business District today.

Police has however warned members of the public to be wary of fake flat screen television brands being sold on the market.

Police Deputy Spokesperson, Danny Mwale, said the television sets were disguised as a known brand when in fact not.

Mwale said police are investigating the matter and two suspects have been warned and cautioned for the said offence.
