Wisk Sakala the man on the photo pretending to be a female has been slapped with impersonating charge by the Police in Lusaka.
Impersonation is the crime of pretending to be another individual in order to deceive others and gain some advantage.
Police Deputy Spokesperson, Rae Hamoonga has confirmed that Wisk had been charged with impersonation and he would appear in court soon.
“We have charged him with impersonation contrary to section 378 of the Penal Code. He is still in custody and he will soon appear in court,” said Hamoonga.
Wisk, 21, was on Friday detained at Kabwata police station for allegedly masquerading as a woman at a nightclub on Christmas Day in order to get free drinks from unsuspecting men.
