Police in Lusaka have finally charged three people with murder in connection with the brutal killing of Ruth Mbandu, a second year student at NIPA, a government college.
Ruth’s Uncle, George Kalomo, Mount Zion Spirit Church Archbishop Evans Ngulube and his driver Stanley Munkonji. Stanley has been on the run and he was captured on Saturday evening in Kanyama, one of the shanty residence in Lusaka.
Lusaka Province commissioner of Police Dr. Solomon Jere has confirmed the arrest saying the three have been charged with murder contrary to Section 200 Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
