Police arrest Munir Zulu

Zulu was summoned to appear before Police tomorrow, 28th March 2023.

No details from Police by press time on the development.

But Zulu who was also summoned to appear before Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) refused to avail himself saying President Hakainde Hichilema had prejudiced his Corruption case against two key Ministers in Government.

Zulu says he will write to the Director of Public Prosecution seeking authority to privately prosecute the case.

He said President Hichilema’s remarks on the matter had prejudiced the case.

President Hichilema last week on Thursday called Zulu mischievous and urged Finance Minister Situmbeko Musokotwane to drag him to court.

Zulu has alleged that Dr Musokotwane and his Infrastructure and Urban Development counterpart Charles Milupi of having received $250, 000 each from a company he did not name through bank transfer.
