PF warns Chanda Chimba

The ruling Patriotic Front in Lusaka District has warned freelance Journalist Chanda Chimba lll against capturing any function which the PF attends.

PF Lusaka District Chairperson Goodson Banda said Chimba should not be capturing the public events to avoid getting confrontation with the PF cadres.

Banda who was speaking on Wednesday August 28, 2013 said the PF members have not forgotten how he used to demonize their leader who is now republican President.

He adds that he will not manage to stop the cadres should they try to pounce on him if he continues to get pictures during public gatherings.

The PF official recounted how the then producer of Stand Up for Zambia documentary used to speak ill of President Michael Sata but said the members have forgetten but do not want him again.

Banda said the PF is a peaceful party and notes that no one will stop them when they will want to fight back against Chimba.

Chanda Chimba lll used to produce a programme on national television , ZNBC which was also aired on Muvi Television a private Television station and depicting Sata who he used to refer to as the cobra as a bad person and warning Zambians not to vote for him.

PF cadres recently grabbed a camera from Chimba when he tried to film at the funeral of the late Defence Minister, Benjamin Mwila the function which was also attended by President Sata.
