An eye witness told Zambian Eye that suspected cadres of two rival political parties namely the ruling PF and opposition UPND clashed in Lusaka’s Kanyama area and the fights later spread to Lady Diana Education Centre on Los Angeles road which.

The clashes took place while class were in session and the pupils had to scamper in all directions for their safety. Some cadres even pounced on pupils who were still in the school premises, living several injured. The cadres also broke windows at the school and damaged a school bus

They also damaged a campaign truck and a Toyota Prado vehicle belonging to the opposition candidate.

By press time police had not recorded any arrest.13517456_991207580999337_7588798318793597083_o 13482863_991207600999335_3199235027897115703_o13503048_991207644332664_1625088138683132127_o

Dont pretend as if you dont know what your cadres are doing.
If you are playing with minds of people you will not even go for election.Only simple prayers God will answer and punish you.

  9. EDGAR CHAGWA LUNGU and HAKAINDE CHINTOMBWA HICHILEMA, CAN YOU TELL YOUR CADRES TO STOP THE VIOLENCE RIGHT NOW!!! THERE IS ONLY ONE STATE HOUSE AND THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE PERSON IN STATE HOUSE BUT THE DAMAGE YOUR CADRES ARE CAUSING TO THE MANY ZAMBIANS IS ACCEPTABLE. IF YOU WANT, YOU TWO GO AND FIGHT IN THE RING, LEAVE ZAMBIANS ALONE!! STOP SENDING YOUR CADRES TO ATTACK INNOCENT CITIZENS…. CRY MY BELOVED ZAMBIA. LOOKS LIKE ON VOTING DAY THERE SHALL BE WAR, AT THIS RATE.

  10. Ba Zambian Eye, sometimes you miss it a little bit in your reporting. This was not a clash as per say. This was a mere brutal attack on innocent souls. It is an unfortunate that pf at large think that they are more human being than other Zambians. Africans fought our colonial masters because of this same unfair treatment. Now we are mistreating one another. This babarick behaviour hurts so many Zambians. Don’t start the fire that you will not manage to quench. So dissampointed.

  13. Lungu and especially Inonge as a mother are very cruel leaders. Those pupils are neither UPND nor PF. Future leaders are expected from those young ones and yet the two leaders remain silent on this attack of Lady Diana. The owner, yes is, UPND but is he a pupil at this school? Zambians rethink. We have had presidents since independence but when did we have one such combination as Lungu and Inonge? These are silent devils with very remote backgrounds and very dull individuals indeed. What did late Sata see in this Lungu?
