A PF cadre by the name of Marvin Chanda Mberi has reported Choma-based Magistrate Exonorbet Zulu to the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) for ordering the arrest of  President Edgar Lungu’s Principal Private Secretary Simon Miti.

When convicting former Ministry of Health chief human resource officer Henry Kapoko and four others for corrupt practices involving K6.8 million last week, Magistrate Zulu said it was not too late to arrest Dr Miti and present him before court because he was aware of what was transpiring in the Ministry and was likely an accomplice.

But in a letter addressed to the Chairperson of the Judicial Service Commission, Chingola-based PF cadre Marvin Chanda Mberi accuses Magistrate Zulu of professional misconduct and wants him disciplined.

Magistrate Zulu has been a target of vicious attacks from PF officials led by the party’s media director Sunday Chanda from the time he made his ruling.
