NDC shocks PF, wins Roan

The opposition NDC has trumped the ruling PF in the Roan constituency by-election held April 11, 2019.
According to results tallied from all the 43 polling stations in Roan. PF trailed with 5,685 against NDC’s 9,067.
In Bahati constituency of Luapula province the PF has scooped the seat beating it’s closest rival the opposition UPND.
