Nawakwi heads East

FDD President Edith Nawakwi is tomorrow expected to return to Eastern Province in her continued countrywide tour canvassing for votes from electorates ahead of the 20th January elections.

In Eastern Province Ms. Nawakwi is expected to hold two rallies starting with Chipata District then later Luangeni as she convinces voters to vote for her.

While in the province, the FDD President will also meet Church Leaders and later feature on the live Phone-In program at Breeze FM called ‘Muzimai Angakwanise,’ a program meant to encourage women, before winding up with a meeting with provincial party officials.

On January 12, the opposition leader will be in Northwestern Province, were she will hold rallies in Solwezi and Kabompo. Later, she will feature on a press club program in Solwezi.

On January 13, Ms. Nawakwi will hold a rally in Kalabo before proceeding to Mongu were she will also hold a rally before returning to Lusaka.

  2. Can someone advise this woman to serve her money because she is going nowhere. In her right mind she thinks she is a front runner? What a waste of money. Why cant she be like Brigadier General Miyanda who contest elections without holding a single rally?
