Mobile registration exercise kicks off soundly in Serenje and Chitambo Districts, respectively

The mobile registration exercise in Serenje and Chitambo Districts in Central Province has commenced on a sound note.

Serenje District Registrar Nelson Kalumba says  that his office has kicked off the mobile  registration exercise  for National Registration Cards (NRC) in the  two district in view of the 2016 Presidential and general elections.

Mr Kalumba said his office hopes to issue NRCs to people in all the areas of Serenje and Chitambo districts and has since dispatched four groups of officers in the two districts for the task.
