Ministry of Finance declares war on ‘fake’ money making/ pyramid schemes

The Ministry of Finance and National Planning has strongly cautioned the general public against participating in purported money making schemes.

In a press statement, the Ministry said the trending pyramid/ magic money making scheme is malicious, illegal and intended to deceive unsuspecting citizens.

The schemes have no endorsement or blessing from the Ministry or any government department.

The Ministry warned that the government will go after those running the schemes and bring them to book without fear or favour.
