Lungu attends 30th APR Forum of Heads of State and Governments

President Edgar Lungu is attending the 30th African Peer Review (APR) Forum of Heads of State and Governments at State House in Lusaka.

The Summit of the APR Forum is convened annually on the margins of the African Union (AU) Summit to take stock of the African Peer Review Mechanism progress as a voluntary arrangement amongst African states to systematically assess and review governance in the continent.

Lungu writes:

“I am participating in the 30th African Peer Review (APR) Forum of Heads of State and Governments at State House in Lusaka.

“Join me as I advance Zambia’s agenda in the region.”

The African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM) is a voluntary arrangement amongst African states to systematically assess and review governance at Head of State peer level in order to promote political stability, accelerated sub-regional and continental economic integration, economic growth and sustainable development.
