Lubinda says Sata’s endorsemen​t debate is sickening

Kabwata Patriotic Front Member of Parliament (MP) Given Lubinda has described as retrogressive the the endorsement debates by some senior party officials.

Lubinda said such debates are not necessary and are of no benefits to the general populace.

The MP said the public wants to see PF deliver their promises and has since advised PF members to instead help President Michael Sata in delivering development to the people. He said the debates does not bring any value to the democratic process of the country.

Lubinda said on Friday August 30 that PF members should help the President deliver noting that there will engage on such debates come 2016 if it delivers. He said there will be an automatic endorsement in 2016 and has since called for the stop to such debates.

Meanwhile, the some Lusaka PF Youths have called on people that are intimidating others for endorsing President Sata to leave the party and form theirs.

The Youths accused the senior members of stopping others while they are themselves planning to succeed the President.

There has been ragging debates on the endorsement of President Sata with some PF members receiving suspension over the move.
