Voting for the Local Government Association of Zambia President and other positions is underway after a successful nomination.

Only Kitwe Mayor Christopher Kangombe and Chibombo Chairperson James Ntalasha have successfully filed in for the position, while all other positions went an opposed.

Voting is taking place at the joint 63rd Local Government Association of Zambia Conference and 16th AMICAALL General Assembly, in Lusaka.
