Kenya’s President lands in Livingstone

President Kenyatta arrives in Livingstone

Kenya President Uhuru Kenyatta has arrived in the Zambian tourist capital, Livingstone.

President Kenyatta landed at Harry Mwaanga Nkumbula International Airport Thursday evening at 9:30pm CAT.

The Kenyan leader is in Zambia to officiate at the inaugural 2019 Zambia National Economic Summit being held under the auspices of the Economic Association of Zambia (EAZ).

President Edgar Lungu will join his counterpart on Friday when the Summit will be officially open.

President Kenyatta was welcomed by Ministers; Dr. Bwalya Ngandu, Christopher Yaluma, Brian Mushimba, Edify Hamukale and Zambia’s ambassador to Ethiopia and Permanent Representative to the African Union Emmanuel Mwamba.
