Kampyongo is too small and weak to arrest me – HH

UPND president Hakainde Hichilema has responded to Home Affairs Minister Stephen Kampyongo’s threats to arrest him for treason calling him weak and too small.

Hichilema or HH as he is referred to has advised Kampyongo to look back at some powerful former Home Affairs Ministers and see that he is far from being a powerful Minister. HH has also advised Kampyongo to go and change the constitution if he wishes to arrest any person for exercising their constitutional rights.

He has also bemoaned the luck of credible leaders in PF causing the country to shrink economically and politically. He acknowledged being critical to the late President, Micheal Chilufya Sata (mhsrip) and wished God had allowed him to finish his 5-year-mandate than leaving it in the hands of what he called a CLUELESS HYENA.

He said the PF and Lungu have got no idea how to turn around the mess they have created in the country because Edgar has made himself to be surrounded by people who forcefully put him their using violence and evil means, e.g

1. His advisor is Kaiza Zulu who needs no introduction when it comes to violence

2. Defence Minister Chama who shot a person and has been rewarded with a position

3. Kampyongo tried to kill us in shiwangandu by stoning our helicopters 2 times and he has been rewarded with a position. If that kapoto (position) was taken from Kampyongo he will go to katondo street today and what will people do to him?

He said the economy of the country is on its knees crawling and only UPND leadership will change and turn around the mess which has been created.

    • You are 110% correct Mr HH. Lungu has Pastors, including his PF Deputy Spokesperson Frank Bwalya. Can they tell Zambians where in the Holy Bible it says the Almighty God and Jesus Christ forced people to recognized them and yet they own the life that we all have, including Lungu himself? Why then should Lungu force people to recognize his Presidency? Only one answer to this question: Lungu knows that he did not win the August 11, 2016 elections!

  4. Well said HH. If they want to give Legal powers to ZPS to cancel Rallies, arrest people exercising their Rights to be heard in Court, to Assemble,Associate and Speak with their supporters in Kitwe let them amend the Laws. The Right to Petition is lawful, the Right to be heard in Court is enshrined in the Current Bill of Rights. There is nothing Treasonable about Petitioning against Lungu’s Election, refusing to recognize a Vote Thief and insisting on the Petition Hearing Process.Lungu Ayopa Chani? Let the Petition be heard in Court without fail.

  12. Stephen Kampyongo should tell Lungu to do a Petition DNA Test b4 asking Petitioners and their Supporters to recognize him. Let him show in Court how he won the 2016 Presidential Elections.Lungu has been blocking and obstructing the Petition Hearing Process for the last 6 months. Why? Lungu knows that he lost the Election and then stole HH’s Election Victory.Lungu is clinging to power illegally and unconstitutionally. No Petition DNA Test,No Recognition and No Financial Assistance.Period. Lungu Ayopa Chani? #Let the Petition be heard in Court without fail.

    • EVERYONE SUPPPORTING KAMPYONGO MUST BE CRAZY!!! I HAVE BEEN TO AFGANSTAN, I NEVER SAW A TALIBAN CHASING A FLYING HELICOPTER. IT’S ONLY HERE IN ZAMBIA WHERE A MINISTER CALLED KAMPYONGO MANAGED TO CHASE A HELICOPTER AND MADE SURE THAT IT FAILED TO LAND.
THIS MAKES KAMPYONGO QUALIFIED TO TRAIN TALIBANS HOW TO STOP HELICOPTERS FROM LANDING WITHOUT A WEAPON.
IF THIS MAN CAN MAKE A HELICOPTER TO FAIL TO LAND WITHOUT A WEAPON, THEN HE IS MORE DANGEROUS THAN ALL TALIBANS ON EARTH.
I DON’T KNOW WHY THE ENTIRE PRESIDENT CAN’T REALIZE HOW DANEROUS THIS MAN IS TO OUR NATIONAL PEACE AND DEMOCRACY.

  17. In civilized democracies a winning leader of a political party looks forward to being congratulated by the key losing candidate. This is called conceding defeat’ but the conceding also gives the winner the legitimacy he requires to gain recognition as the newly elected head of state. Now with regard to ECL of Zambia his political campaign was clearly handled in such manner as to clearly disadvantage the opposition. ZAF command ensured that UPND was denied airspace all over Zambia especially in Luapula and northern provinces. Zambia Police ensured that UPND was denied permits to hold public rallies all over the country. Now look at this. The Honourable Chief Justice, being a self-respecting legal brain, declined to inaugurate ECL because there was a valid presidential petition in court against ECL’s so called election. ECL ignored the petition by not surrendering the presidency to Speaker of the National Assembly as required by Zambian constitution. Now mr. Kampyongo who really violated the Zambian constitution between ECL and UPND MP’s. Our CJ didn’t want to violate the Zambian constitution hence her refusal to inaugurate ECL. So quo vadis Zambia? Disappointed citizen
