Kalaba ups his 2021 presidential campaign

Former Foreign Affairs Minister Harry Kalaba has launched his presidential campaign for 2021.

Kalaba who is still the ruling party,  PF Bhati lawmaker will contest under Democratic Party (DP) ticket.

He quit his Ministerial position citing among other things corruption and the PF moving away from it’s pro-poor agenda under which it was voted into government.

While other opposition political party leaders have been busy with press conferences talking about alliances, appearing in courts and police stations, Kalaba has been busy touring the country to form structures in readiness for 2021.

Insiders in DP tell Zambian Eye that Kalaba is set to go it alone and is not talking about joining forces with other opposition leaders to oust PF.
