Harry Kalaba

NDC Member of the Central Committee Saboi Imboela says former Minister of Foreign Affairs Harry Kalaba is a good politician but cannot win an election.

Commenting on Kalaba appearing on Prime Television Monday night, Ms Imboela said the ruling PF are not even scared of Kalaba. She says the man who is giving PF sleepless nights is Chishimba Kambwili.

“Kalaba is a good politician if u want to do academic politics (which i personally love once in a while) but if u want a leader who wil make u win the elections he’s far from it… that’s why he can be live on TV at such an hour and there are no PF panga and machete wielding cadres outside. He’s simply not a threat to the PF. Put CK on TV this time and the entire PF system wil be on standstill trying to block him or harm him, that’s why almost all his programmes are pre-recorded now….”

  1. Kalaba the principled president is better than Kambwili who’s like a wife after divorcing her that’s when she start saying my husband urinate on the bedings. Kalaba is like the late president Mwanawasa who resign well the food was in the mouth. if there’s any minister today let him start condemning wrong things doing by the government well he/she eating will give that minister a merit.

  2. In civilised countries, there is what is called collective responsibility. When you are in government and you feel strongly about some issue, you cannot start shouting in public about your opposition to an issue, you have to go along with the decision, and even defend it in public. That is how it works. Otherwise, the option is to resign, or get fired. In this part of the world, very few men and women choose to resign. Even Mr. Kalaba, he just beat ECL to the game, I hear he was about to be fired when he resigned.
