Kahembi gives PF sleepless nights in Kalulushi

UPND aspiring member of parliament for Kalulushi constituency Joseph Kahembi has launched a massive recruitment drive aimed at winning Patriotic Front members to UPND.

Recently UPND President Hakainde Hichilema instructed his party officials countrywide to reach out to PF members especially those who worked with late President Michael Sata and convince them to join UPND because the Edgar Lungu regime has neglected them in preference to MMD cadres. The Kalulushi aspiring candidate took the instruction serious and straight away got to work.

Last week Kahembi received 120 defectors from the patriotic front and has vowed to continue dismantling the ruling party in the region.

“I will not rest but work everyday to bring more members to our party in readiness for 2021 elections or any election that will be called earlier. We are talking PF members, and very soon you shall see even senior officials joining UPND because it is clear the Edgar Lungu led government has completely failed to provide Leadership in the country. This time even rigging will not work because we mobilizing big time,” said Joseph Kahembi.

Kalulushi Constituency is currently under Mulenga Kampamba, a PF member of parliament, whom Kahembi says has done little to uplift the living standards of people in the area.

  2. First of all I don’t believe in dismantling any political party. Members of political parties are not the property of particular parties. A member of a particular party can vote against their own party depending on the most important issue at a certain point. We saw this in Britain during the last general election. That’s the way it should be.

  3. Ba chikwa you are also wrong because it’s God who chooses leaders. People said the same on Sata but he finally became president. They are saying the same to HH but we don’t know. Let’s encourage him to provide competition so that the other guys can do what people expect them to do. Power, mealie meal, Dollar etc a a pain in the ash.
