JIXW scam victims cry out for help

Over 6,000 individuals have been scammed out of thousands of kwacha following the sudden collapse of the JIXW investment scheme.

The platform, which is said to have ceased operations on Thursday, 17th April 2025, had been widely advertised by Zambian celebrities and social media influencers.

Victims interviewed by Sun FM TV expressed shock and frustration after discovering that the JIXW office had been closed without any official communication.

According to several victims who spoke on condition of anonymity, the police are reported to have shut down the JIXW offices after discovering that the site was using dubious software.

Authorities are currently in possession of SIM cards and funds that were solicited from unsuspecting members of the public.
